    • Avoid: Steer clear of synthetic fragrances, detergents (SLS), and high amounts of cheap fillers. For sensitive skin, opt for non-fragrant or unscented varieties.

  • Men should use bar soap daily for their body. However, the skin's need for cleansing varies:

    • Daily: Use bar soap on the body to cleanse away sweat, dirt, and oil.
    • Targeted: Use it more intensely on areas prone to odor (underarms, feet, groin).
    • Face: Avoid using bar soap on your face, as its pH level is often too high and can be too drying for sensitive facial skin. Use a dedicated facial cleanser instead.
