• What makes Die Clean different from everything else in the aisle?

  Most grooming brands pack their formulas with cheap filler and hide it behind clinical-sounding words, betting you will not check. We check. No fillers, no mystery ingredients, nothing in the formula that is not earning its place. That is the whole difference.

• What is NOT in your products?

  We are not certified organic and we are not going to pretend otherwise for a badge. We build with naturally derived ingredients that work and skip the ones that do not.

• Where are your products made?

  In the United States, by manufacturers we actually visit.

• Can women use Die Clean?

  Yes. Skin is skin. The only thing gendered about grooming is the marketing other brands waste money on. Use what works.

• Can kids or teenagers use Die Clean?

  Our stuff is built for grown adults. For kids or teens, check with a pediatrician or dermatologist first. Their skin, their call, with a pro in the loop.

• Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

  Not right now. The cheapest way in is a single bar or one stick. If that changes, you will hear about it.

• What is the shelf life of your products?

  All of it holds up for about a year unopened. Once you crack it open, use it within six months, mostly because anything older than that is just gross. Nothing here is built to sit in a cabinet forever. Neither are you.

• How can I edit or update my subscription?

• How am I billed for my subscription?

  You are charged each time an order ships, at the cadence you set, on the card on file. No surprise charges, no renewal buried in fine print.

• Can I add a one-time item to my subscription?

  Yes. Drop in a one-time add-on and it rides along with your next box. No new subscription required.

• How do I create an account or login?

  Create an account with the same email you ordered with to see your order history, manage your subscription, and switch scents whenever.

• How do I track my order?

  Once it ships, you get a tracking email. You can also find it in your account under My Orders.

• When will my order ship out?

  Order process in 1-2 business days with most orders shipping out same-day.

• Where do you ship?

  We are currently only shipping to the Continental United States.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  Free standard shipping on orders over $40.

• Do you offer refunds or a guarantee policy?

  We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your product you can reach out to our support for a full refund within 30 days.

• Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

  We pack fast. If you need to change or cancel, reach out as soon as you can and we will catch it if it has not shipped yet.

• What if my order is lost in transit?

  If the tracking has not moved in more than 7 business days, contact us and we will chase it down.

• Do you test on animals?

  No. We do not test on animals. Heads up though, our deodorants contain beeswax, so they are not vegan.

• How do I reach a human?

  Email us at support@dieclean.com. We have autoresponders set up but a human reviews and responds to those messages during business hours.

• Can I buy MAVERICK by itself?

  No. MAVERICK is being given away as our way of rescuing perfectly good toothpaste from an unnecessary trip to the landfill. It’s only available as a free gift with qualifying orders, and once this inventory is gone, it won’t be coming back… unless enough of you harass our CEO into changing his mind.

• Can I refill my ZERO deodorant?

  Absolutely. If you already have one of our reusable metal deodorant containers, you can keep it in service by purchasing a ZERO Unscented Deodorant Refill . It’s the same clean, aluminum-free formula—just without the outer metal vessel.
