Refund Policy

Returns and 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on your first order of each product. To start a return, contact support@dieclean.com within 30 days of delivery to receive a return authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds apply only to product actually returned to us. Unused returned units are refunded in full. Used product beyond one trial unit per product is not eligible for refund. Bundles and multipacks are excluded from the guarantee beyond the single trial unit. The guarantee is limited to one refund per product per customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 30 days and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order, per payment method, or per shipping address, and to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders showing a pattern of abuse of this guarantee, including repeated refund requests, reseller activity, or chargebacks filed in place of the return process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on consumable products. For any eligible non-consumable items, the fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a separate order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
